Outboard security solution

Hi all

We all know the age old problem of dinghys being stolen for the outboard. So much so that many cruisers deliberately avoid upgrades or anything that attracts the eye of a would be thief.

I'm looking to have a conversation with any manufacturing decision maker who may be interested in original or retrofitting a 3cm device that needs NO BATTERIES will last for 15+ years IP66 rated and will track or tell the owner exactly where their outboard is.
