Oil Stuffing Box Identification

Hi,
I have a friend with an Italian sailboat (from the 70 something), He has an oil stuffing box combine with thrust bearing, It started leaking while in gear.
I attached the photo, can anyone recognize the maker or the model?
Thanks
Shachar

he opened it and here are additional images. he said he will need to replace the ball bearing and the seal, his mechanic will try to look for similar parts.
