oil filter conversion 4107

Has anyone on site done the conversion from the messy cartridge filter replacement on the 4107 to the neat, cleaner screw on filter?

Is the necessary part available for this conversion now?

Failing that, does anyone know the cartridge filter number and what brand it is?

I got my remote kit at Pep Boys. The remote was for a ford as I recall and a PH8 Fram filter. But the Perkins filter fits. I have run that on my 4108 for 21 yrs, 7000+ hrs.
