Thanks for your offer. I have to stand at $150 each plus shipping. That's cheap compared to discount prices on the 'Net'. They are essentially new, never used. I'm retired and need the money. If you want to buy all three you can have them for $125 each plus shipping. Sorry.

Re: New snatch blocks

These blocks are no longer made but if they were they would sell for around $450 - $500 new. Their SWL was something over 5000 lbs. The 1 1/2" version has a 3300 lb SWL is still sold under the Ronstan label for around $220.

Re: New snatch blocks

Thanks for the info. Sounds like $150 each is not a bad price. Are you interested at that price?

Re: New snatch blocks

At $150 each these are a steal.

I already have 7 snatch blocks so I think that's enough. One is a Merriman from the 80's and four are the smaller Nicro ones from the 90's. Those white blocks would be ideal for clipping the jib sheet to the rail on a boat 40 - 50ft or the spinnaker sheet on a boat 50 - 60ft.

These 1 1/2" versions are 21 years old and still doing the business.

Here's a quote from another Forum member who was kind enough to send me this info about my blocks:
"These blocks are no longer made but if they were they would sell for around $450 - $500 new. Their SWL was something over 5000 lbs. The 1 1/2" version has a 3300 lb SWL is still sold under the Ronstan label for around $220."

Mine are a 3 inch version. Sorry, but I'm still at $150 each plus shipping or $375 plus shipping for all three. These are unused, new condition. Shipping should only be around $18. If it's more than that I'll pay the difference. Thank you for your interest. Hope we can work a deal.

I only have three. Here's a quote from another Forum member about these blocks:

You can have one or two of mine for $150 each or all three for $375. Thanks for your interest.

Can one ever have enough snatch blocks? Thanks for the information on the blocks. I didn't realize they were so expensive these days but I'm still gonna offer them at $150 each. I'd like to see 'em get used.

Re: New snatch blocks

I can't tell you too much more about this product. The current 3" Ronstan version is a different design but not a whole lot. It sells for $490 at WM and looks like this.

The best aspect of these Ronstan/Nicro snatch blocks is that they are TOUGH. No matter how careful you are your snatch blocks are going to get bashed around.

Thanks for the information. I've passed your info, but not your name, to others who've been making inquiries about the three I have for sale. Still, only one low ball offer. Eventually, someone will realize the great deal I'm offering on these and buy them...I hope. Thanks again for your info.
