Mechanic near Chestertown, MD

I am considering purchasing a Hallberg Rassy Rasmus that is located in Chestertown, Md. The boat has its original Volvo Penta MD21 engine with a reported 775 hours. Apparently the high pressure fuel pump failed and needs to be rebuilt. Can anyone recommend a mechanic to help me evaluate the condition of the motor and decide if it would advisable to repair the engine, or look into a repowering the boat. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Dick Vosbury is indeed good if you are on the western side of the bay, but give a call to Skipp and Rhonda at Outstanding Marine in Galena Md. on the Eastern Shore. It's close to Chestertown and they will treat you right.
