I have not been able to locate it, but I asked the same question some time back. The responses convinced me to go the conventional route, and I purchased a Yanmar (coincidentally, from Pat). I have heard no bad reviews, and I was considering the lighter weight of the Lomardini for a multihull, but the lack of comments leads me to believe that parts will be very difficult to find.

Have had a Lombardini 1404 on the Cat since 2006 , never had any problems , very very economical . And spares , either get in Singapore , or have Lombardini send them direct from the factory in less than a week .

While living in NZ I owned a Ferrari orchard tracker with a Lombardini air cooled engine. Parts where almost impossible. The engine worked at high revs and very high compression. It was very reliable. I could not fault the engineering.
