Kad300 random stalling

Hi everyone,
New to the forum so apologies if it’s posted in the wrong place, I have a riviera m430 with twin kad300 on it, I have a fault where the starboard engine just stalls (like someone has reached over and turned off the ignition) starts straight back up every time, there is no pattern or ways of making it do it, so far I have swapped ignition switches, all relays, speed sensors, rebuilt the injection pump, checked wiring behind dash, wriggled all wiring on the engine while it’s running, still nothing, has anyone ever come across this before??
Thanks

I would suspect the stop solenoid. This is an old engine, but if I remember correctly, you need voltage to open the fuel flow and engine stops when electricity is cut.

Nope.....like most all Volvo Penta engines, the stop solenoid is energized to stop. That way a loss of vessel or engine electrical power will not cause the engine to stop.
