Try loosening the injector and allow it to twist slightly......tighten the injector line first then tigthen the injector holdowns.

I have seen this on Yanmars and others where people have (Arrghhhh!!!!) bent the fuel lines to remove injectors........(Ouch!!!!!!!!!)

Out of curiosity are there any diesel engines still being made with their injectors and fuel lines inside the valve cover?

I remember the old GM 671 used to have that and a fuel leak meant that the oil sump could fill up with diesel and by scavenging up the mixture you could get a run away engine.

Not a nice thing!
