Installing Yanmar Cylinder Liners

Hi: I have a Yanmar 3GMF that needs cylinder liners. I have the manual but it seems a bit vague on the subject. There is only one number listed for the liners in the parts catalogue--some sources on installing liners for other engines suggest there may be a variation in size of liners for some diesels but they don't mention Yanmars in particular. Has anyone installed liners and can anyone clarify whether I need to worry about different sizes or just order the ones in the parts catalogue???? Pardon the "dumb" question but just don't want to screw it up. I will eventually have a diesel mechanic helping me but he will be out of reach for a bit. Thanks, MarkH
