How does a person find a BMW D7 Marine Diesel Engine?

My sailboat is equipped with a BMW D7 Marine Engine. I am very happy with the engine and its design characteristics! Unfortunately, parts are becoming obsolete or extremely expensive for NOS parts (sold seperately) or through Licensed German BMW parts forging companies. Therefore, I was hoping that somebody may have a contact, in the USA or CA, for these 30+ year old Hatz designed for BMW engines?
