Honda 8hp Outboard

i have an outboard i just tore apart and put back together, now im trying to put the belt back on. i dont have a book so i was hoping that i could find somebody who might have one to send me a picture or tell me how to arrange the crank and camshaft. im not sure on the year, but i have the model number if that helps.

Have you checked Honda's website for PDF about doing that?

the only pdf file i can find is for the owners manual. i didnt see it in there, i think to find the info i need i would need a repair manual.

I have the same engine and the actual shop manual but it is on my boat, an hours drive. However, I will be glad to try and find the info for you next time I am out there - sometime in the next 2 weeks probably.
