Graymarine 4 cyl. Gal/ hour?

I have a 1961 seascout and have never quite determined what amount of fuel it might use per hour.

Any ideas? Also, how dramatically does consumption go up when you are pushing the engine a bit into seas?

The boat is a full keel, 14000 pound, 32 foot Rhodes Chesapeake.

Graymarine, now that's one I haven't heard in a while. I had a 1956 Everglass that had a 4 cyl Graymarine. That takes me back a ways.
