glycol in Yanmar KM2P

Oil analysis indicated a 500ppm glycol concentration in the transmission oil. Analysis performed for a buyer survey. I'm told there is no cooling system for this transmission, so it seems the only possible entry point for the glycol would be the oil filling port. I've also been told there are oils now that have a small concentration of glycol blended for various reasons although I cannot find any documentation of such oils on the web. (no record of last oil used) So, 1...the glycol was introduced into the transmission thru either one of these mystery oils containing glycol, or 2...accidentally introduced (spill, wrong fluid). Regardless, is this concentration a problem, has it likely harmed the transmission (700hrs) and should I do more than just replace and retest the oil?

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, kimongeon.

Not good, but at least yours is a "trace" contamination.
