I can't belive this thread is still running after all these years.....

That being said I would add a caution about buying diesel from gas stations, not due to sulphur content, but biodiesel content. Some stations sell B20 grade or 20% bio. Have seen issues with filter pluggage in vehicles due to trash. Ask if it isn't marked. I use B5 or less. If you do use it, make sure you have extra filters onboard. Typically these higher bio contents are found at big truck stops.
