Do you have a water heater that receives engine coolant to heat the water in the tank. Is so,perhaps a hose leading to the hot water tank is leaking into the bilge.
I have seen that before.

ID:	121465engine access is not an issue. No water heater plumbed. My gut tells me to look at the exhaust manifold. Engine runs great just uses coolant at cruise rpm.
