Thought this was a boat forum though ! I may be wrong but I have never heard or seen a 2 stroke diesel used on a boat yet.

Have you ever heard of a Hatteras? There are many Detroit diesels power boats. Google is your friend. Sport fishing boats with Detroits are not that uncommon.

Here's a bit of free advice - if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

2 stroke Detroits are one of the more common power plants on the water. You need to post less and boat more.

My initail post was to point out a product that would of helped the OP.
I live on my boat and cruise 24/7 so how do you boat more. I repeat in this part of the world I have never seen a 2stroke diesel. But as this is mainly an American based site I will let it slide.
Good day sir.

Good day sir.
You should go to the Panama Canal someday. International to say the least. If you ever 24/7 cruise there, you will be surrounded by what sound like 6-71 2 stroke diesels coming and going 24/7. Just about every crew boat has one or two and they roar around all day and night going out to the ships. I wish they would switch to something more modern. If it were the US or some socialist euro zone country, they would outlaw those things.
