Cummins 5.9 info

Found a nice project that has 2 cummins 5.9 that are seized.... I can fixe everything on the boat but the engines, the owner says it did not sink... Looking for a ball park figure to rebuild them?... Would apreciate any info...

A pair of Cummins remans, about $20-25,000 each.

a 6bt long block is between 8-10K.

But these engines are everywhere, you should be able to find either a reputable rebuilder near you.

You can buy long blocks for under $7000. This engine is widely used in the US.
