Well, that was the fastest repair turn around we have had,. We contacted a local welder, GW welding, and he agreed to taking on the work. I pulled the heat exchanger
, and Glen sent his dad, Glen senior, to meet me ashore. We gave it to him, and checked out the Golden Nugget while we were there. On our way back to the boat, Glen called that the work was done!
It is now back in place, and other than a small seawater leak that I should be able to fix tomorrow, we are back in business. Now we can make it to Block Island, so we can try our luck at draging (see other thread).
