Bowman heat exchangers

Hi, I'm looking knit replacing a volvo penta 2003T heat exchanger with an after market Bowman with a combined header tank.

The cost is about $450 Aust, from the UK. Over a $1000 locally and of course $1800-$2400 for the original. Has anyone ever tried these Bowman heat exchangers?

Can't help you with the pricing, but any appropriately sized unit should work. I piggy-backed one onto a Land-Rover conversion that had cooling problems in our 86*F summer water.

If its a direct replacement, then its likely bowman made the original. They make tbd vast majority of oem units.

Bowman are a much respected pommie company who have been around for yongs alot OEM including Perkins and Ford marinisers use them. Diecon engineering in Brisbane also make a similiar unit no idea on their priceing.
