Were you the big sportfisher that came in a couple hours ago? That one let loose a black cloud that could kill cancer when he backed the port engine hard to make the corner...

Usually too rich. Either too much fuel or too little air. Choke stuck on, plugged air cleaner. If using a carburetor, stuck float. If injected, bad injector, bad whatever controls the injector, or bad sensor.
