Atomic 4

Hey all,

I saw a pic once of a guy who upgraded his engine lines and hoses and customized his marine engine. Colored fuel connectors, braided hoses, colored spark plug wires...just spruced up engine. I think it was a Yanmar he cleaned up and made it look sharp. Anyone else ever seen that done?

Not saying I will, but - i thought it looked sharp

Where can a guy buy a kit, plugs, filters, impeller, points and the like for
a later model atomic 4. I would feel better having a kit like that aboard.

I forget the delco numbers, but many are the same as the universal engine from forklifts at about 1/5 the cost. Go to the auto parts store, and ask.......i2f

Chief might correct me here, but I believe braided hoses are a big No-No on boats. I don't think they are approved USCG fuel lines....

bought a tune up kit for mine on an older C30 I had, from Napa Auto parts.. the same distributer as on the early chevy nova 4 cyc..
Take your old parts in and match them up

Hey a new market low rider boats, customized boats by the Hommies! Wonder how we could rig up the hydraulics to make the boat be able to bounce up and down in the water!

Really going to put to shame those of us who are happy to just keep the rust in check.
