Re: Anyone experience Yanmar whistling?

n7zpx, In my experience a paper element air filter will clean the air and also act as an intake silencer to cut down the engine 'intake roar' noise by approx. 25%/ 30% which for a Motor cruiser on long runs at sea can be very beneficial for the crew.
