4.108 differences

They are all 4-108 blocks with same head, pistons, cylinder sizes but some are listed at 50HP, usually perkins 50HP. some at 40HP, like westerbeke 40HP. On my w40 there is a plate on the exhaust manifold that says Westerbeke 30. So I imagine some might even be 30HP.

Besides IP governor setting which i assume affect maximum RPMs, what else is the difference between 4-108 block 50HP vs. 40HP or 30HP.

In one of my old atomic 4, 30HP, there was a restriction in exhaust manifold which limited the HP output to lower then 30HP.
