Dogs in Panama ?
Does anyone have recent experience in Panama re dogs? Noonsite indicates you have to keep them onboard, but other sites vaguely indicate that dogs are not a problem. We were considering Panama for the next hurricane season, but The whole dog thing could be a deal breaker.
