Why making it so difficult ???? Here my advice how to go (I come from marketing) you can guarantee that it will be noticed:
Ddoesnt make sense to yeal around here a lot... and via email is the risk that your message will end in a trash box by spam filter.
1.) Best you use the traditional way. Send to the owner a FAX, an official letter or at least the copy of your email via fax...

It is always good to inform the PR department via FAX. Because these guys care a lot the image of a company and brand... and know to whom they overhand it. They dont like bad customer service
problems which is always bad for business.
