I disagree with the second part of that. One of the reasons the Manta
and Antares sell so quickly at reasonable prices (for the seller) is that they are decent production boats, but few of them exist.
In contrast, the only way used Lagoons, FP's, etc sell is if the price
is set very low. Most any boat will sell if the price is set low. There are literally hundreds of L380's for sale
at a given time, and many of them stay for sale
until the price is dropped very low.
To show that this isn't always the case, there are a lot of used Leopard
43/46 models out there, but they seem to sell well if the price is reasonable (ie, not necessarily very low).
I agree with the first and last part.
