Phil Wise. Designed and built the boat himself. IIRC he got a little advice from Bob Oram on some of the engineering aspects.

In addition to the Schionning's, I'm quite a fan of the Oram's. That's a nice boat you have

Shame you can't build them anymore, I understand it may have been a cheaper option to the Schionning

Re: Which Catamaran do you Think Looks Best

I have yet to see a cruising cat I like the looks of.

The big America's Cup multi-hulls are another story.

Not sure it meets the 40-70ft criteria from the original.. it looks HUGE (nice tho)...

Does anyone like the rear of the Xquisite? I can't help but like the unique design.

Thanks. Yeah, I think Bob's boats are simpler and can be done cheaper. Although the new Arrow 12 metre from Schionning looks a bit closer to Bob's designs.

I guess Bob had to retire sometime, but there does still seem to be a bit of interest in his boats.

There's an Arrow 1360 now too ... very nice.

Oh and I was sucking up in case you'd give me a go on your boat

I'm racing in the Harbour and the CYCA Short Offshore Points Series but on a Sydney 36 and I have zero multihull sailing experience. Did my Day Skipper with Pacific last year.

If you ever need a hand....
