I agree with Richard as well, Jeff’s list is not exclusive to women; what about the old nautical idiom, “Gentlemen never beat to windward.”

OK everybody, dial into this video, turn up your sound, go full screen, watch the rest of us beat to the wind and flyyyy ....tongaboys

or I can go to the US and buy a 40+ ft mono for the cost of a toy 18 ft cat. I just need someone to help sail it back.

Why don't I start a post "What men want" then give my personal preferences as the view of the male of the species. Would make me feel like a narcisistic megalomaniac. My wife entirely disagrees with your opinion, she is very much a woman.

Why don't you post your "Quote:" narcisistic (Syn: egotistic, egotistical,self-loving) megalomaniac ( n : a pathological egotist), "What men want" on the Mono Thread, nothing stopping you. Sure to make you feel better...

This is 'CatGirl's Post', respect her opinion...lighten up. tongaboys
ps: 'narcissistic' is spelt with two s's

I totally respect catwomans opinion. Just wasn't sure if it was the opinion of womanhood in totality. Especially since wife definately took exception. A multitude of viewpoints is what makes this forum interesting. Didn't accuse any one of anything, just how I'd feel and that's just my opinion. I have great respect for the bravery of people who would venture offshore in a cat.

Jolly Roger isn't so jolly!

Catwoman was only trying to get some attention to sell her other cat - IMO

I think forsailbyowner's interpretation of the post was off the mark, but maybe catwoman could clarify that.

The direction of the thread isn't getting her cat for sale much attention

Randy I agree with your point re: Selling the boat.

What "women want", that is irrelevent.
The point is, what does your wife/partner/friend want.........that is the only answer a man needs to "WORRY" about.

I don’t see it has the slightest relevance to what women want - assuming you somehow know what all women want? OK, you have more sailing qualifications than most men – so what; your opinion is no more or less than just that – your opinion.

Jolly Roger...The object is selling a Boat, It's CatGirl post, your a wee bit insensitive don't you think?
