I hate cold, and the reason my wife and I quit cruising was that she was

We're still married after 39 years and it's been 12 years since we returned

this thread was started as a boat ad by a liberated woman with a bit of an attitude. I can relate. I have a few dozen chips on my shoulders that I'd be better off ditching. Stupid to care what some knuckle dragger thinks about me anyway. I won't change them.

Amusing how quickly this became another thread about mono versus multi. We all love this argument - myself included.

but seriously, any nibbles on selling the PDQ?

Not a multihull kind of gal, but loved what you posted Catgirl (ad and all). I don't know what other women want but hope what ever it is they find it. I know what I want...well at least for today .

Hey First Mate,
Yep we had....HAD a great nibble on the PDQ and were getting ready to close, but turns out the buying couldn't get the financing. I guess the banks are making it harder to get credit these days, and rightly so if you ask me. So she's now back on the market!

I have read a ton of "I like and dislike Cats for the following reasons." One that keeps coming up is the noise created, I assume by waves, when the water strikes the bottom of the boat or cockpit area off the water? Opinion?

Yes sometimes the pounding or slamming can be annoying. It can be louder, especially when going fast. Hey nothings perfect, it's a trade off.
