Ok, I preface this with, I understand that nobody posts the "I had an issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction in an expeditious manner"
Kind of like nobody walks into the baggage claim office at an airport
to tell them what a great job they did delivering their luggage...
So, my statement and questions are:
I see what seems to be a lot complaints with obvious warranty items that take forever to get fixed and then it seems that many fix themselves and fight to get reimbursed.
Is this the general way of the builders doing business like insurance
companies to deny/delay out of the gate?
What is general consensus on best post sale
for builders out there? (Lagoon, FP, Leopard
