WANTED . . . 'Deal of the Day' for 44-50' (~ish) Cat

House is going up for sale and once it's sold will be cash in hand looking to start a new lifestyle on a live aboard.

Retirement in 2011 from the fire department and can't wait to get OUT of IN and start this new adventure.

I do NOT have deep pockets, do have a life of giving and adventure... example visit www.teamrandr.org For the last 11yrs I've personaly fund 90% of the TEAM R&R efforts and spoken with kids in schools sharing my life lessons. I'll be returning to the WTC for 10 yr for final closure. I was one of the very 1st of the 1st responders, getting there before the sun came up on the 12th....

Anyway.... I'm asking for your help finding me a day of the day!

I've been working on this dream (sail boat for 20yrs) I've been to the boat show">Miami boat show 4 x and been aboard a few cats thanks to the kindness of the owners. While on board they've asked for their ideas, lessons learned & suggestion while touring their boats.

LOVE the interior of the 500 Royal Cape....
LOVE the 440 owners Lagoon
Leopards very nice too

Open to all ideas.... but will only work with a CASH in hand when it comes to the catamaran... $300 ish. I've seen 440 lagoons close to this...

So, PLEASE keep me in mind if you hear of a DEAL OF THE DAY!!!!
THANKS,
johnny

OK, I keep looking at this Outremer 55 Standard fo 255K Euros or about $340K. Price dopped from 290K Euros. It is the deal of the day and Phil Berman of the Multihull Company says so. Yeah he's a broker but he knows more about boats than (most) of the rest of us put together. Can you get it for about $300K? Don't know. But if my house sold I would shoot an offer. Why so cheeeep. It's in frickin Egypt. But you didn't say that you wanted it easy. Good Luck BOB

45 - 50 ~ish

Would you be interested in a Prout 50 Quasar? I sailed the boat from Florida to Alaska. Fitted two new 65 hp engines (less than 200 hrs) and gen set and the boat is in pretty decent shape. Need a little TLC. Asking $200k-ish.
