Twilight Rodeo

Could someone give me the contact info for Twilight Rodeo the Coast Guard documented St Francis 50 catamaran. I would like to contact the owner. It is currently in Fl. I have seen on this forum where people research the vessel documentation but I have no idea how they do this. Thanks in advance for any help.
