Too big for a couple? Wharram Pahi 52 Islander 55 Tiki 46

My wife and I are planning an early retirement now that our daughter is no longer at home. I was wondering if any couples had experience sailing any of the Wharram boats mentioned in the subject line. I know they are on the large size, but it will be a full time live aboard and I will be working on it for awhile, so we will need extra space.
Thank you,
Cos

Have you heard about Peace IV? Its a touch smaller as a Tiki 46 but it's owned by an older couple.

Letters from Peace IV | James Wharram Designs

We have a Tiki 38 for a family of 3 with 2 dogs and a cat, Been live aboard for 7 months now full time

Hi I sailed a Tiki 46 around SE Asia with my Thai wife for 2 years and never had a problem handling her.

Go with the Tiki 38 or the next sizes.. but stick with the Tiki range.. best sailers of the 3 types..

I have a soft spot for Wharrams. My first boat was a tiki 31. I wouldn't have another Wharram unless it was a Tiki 46 or bigger Pahi, there's just not enough space on the smaller ones for me. Just my personal opinion.
