We are looking at buying a TomCat 9.7 but I can't find a lot of info on the boat!

I own a Tomcat 9.7. My best advice to you is to buy the Gemini or a used Seawind 1000. Tomcat is a good design but poor quality control and no support from builder and they don't pay on warrantee claims.
