Yes, for the record, multis do not cost more than monos of similar volume and quality. You can't compare them foot for foot of LOA. Cats are two skinnier hulls side by side; monos one fatter one, so it is a fallacy to compare a 40' cat with a 40' mono -- the cat's actually got 80' of hulls, just skinnier. So an average 40' or 42' cat is similar to a 50' mono in volume, and the cost is similar if you compare same level of quality.

So if you like cats, don't let perceived cost stop you.
