Back on board the Forum after quite a long break.
We have enjoyed three years cruising for six month periods each year after taking delivery
of our Maestro version of the FP He'lia 44 in La Rochelle in 2013.
Unfortunately we have had to place our cruising dream on hold for an indefinite period due to family health
issues back home in Australia
. Therefore we have placed the boat on land dry storage
up in the Chessapeak Bay Area of the East Coast
of USA and have placed her on the market for sale
. Our agent here in Australia firstname.lastname@example.org
can answer any questions with regards the boat.
We will return to cruising when able in the future.
Our journey has been amazing and made all the more enjoyable whilst in 'The Larrikin', very comfortable and for us safe and reliable. It's interesting reading the posts of the pros and cons of various brands, but we have found once you walk on board you will know what feels right for you. Then it's up to the fit out and options you install to help you achieve your dreams. From this point I really think it's up to careful passage
planning logical and sensible decisions when choosing destinations and maintaining maintenance
and upkeep will reward you with enjoyable, comfortable and safe cruising.
We look forward to future cruising and would not hesitate to return to the FP brand.
