So we have been talking to a broker. He did a great job of listening and seems to have a good set of sailing skills/judgement, but it doesn't seem that he does or will have the boat we want.
Is it reasonable to tell him when we see another boat elsewhere that we like? How can we use him? What is reasonable for us to expect?
We can keep going out on our own, but the actual purchasing part is new to us.
