Sint Maarten Surveyor Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a surveyor in Sint Maarten who is experienced in surveying high performance catamarans? There is an Outremer 42 there that I'm interested in. Many thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi Ben, Wow, less than 1 post per year. That's great restraint

There have been many requests for this info. You may want to do a Google search of the forum. Hit the search button and select the second option. Type "St. Maarten surveyor survey" and you should get at least 5 threads with the info. Good luck with the boat purchase.

A foot note: The captain of the SNSM lifeboat from the French side of St-Martin managed during a rescue operation* to get his boat aground during Gonzalo... our "surprise surprise" tropical storm that became a hurricane overnight ! 40 boats were damaged or sunk in St-Barth alone

*The rule is "nobody gets out" during the hurricane red alert. You have to wait 'till the hurricane is gone before any emergency service will show up precisely to prevent the emergency teams to be caught in dramatic situation with nobody to help them
