I NEED NEW OR USED SAILDRIVES SD40 OR 50 ASAP, AS I NEED TO REPLACE 2 SD'S SD 40'S.

New will be the SD60 which requires a little modification to fit older engine housing. I recently found a reconditioned SD50 but was lucky. I went with reconditioned because Yanmar couldn't supply new inside 6 weeks here and I didn't have the time to wait. Reconditioned unit was about half the price, but would have paid for new if it was available in a sensible time period. By the time you pay for labour to fit either unit, that "half" becomes only a quarter of the price difference.
