The process for me was to first:
remove everything from the room including the door frame.then cut the molded f/glass cabinet where it meets the shower pan and remove cabinet and strip old formica from walls.
Next i rebuilt the pan to the hull using epoxy and mat.The liner i used is frp sheets on all walls with a 2" radius in all corners to make cleaning easy.i applied lots of epoxy and micro balloons .temporary caps on thru hulls below water untill haulout allows me to remove and back fill.The door i added is for dry storage and placing towel while showering.another detail is the vent that turns on with lights.the linen closet is the width of the old toilet base .final step was to awlgrip the entire room.this was a long project and i kept no record of hours or materials as my wife would not have paid the bill any way......
