I'm partial to Greece, perhaps only out of ignorance of Croatia.

I've lived in Greece and find it one of the most desirable places on earth. I love the food and the people there. If you like Greek food, going to Greece will connect you the true root of Greek food and ruin you forever.

I'm dying to go back there!

My vote is Croatia went last year and loved it. Really pristine waters, easy sailing and inexpensive.

If you want a discount to hire my Orana 44 email me brian@aumonde.eu and i can refer to my base manager.

I like Croatia very much. Especially south. Start near Split. Rob

Hi! We are going to Greece in June for a sailing holiday. So excited! I compared prices with Yacht charter discounts, specials, special offers worldwide from LateSail Yacht Charters and Yacht charter Greece, Caribbean, Croatia, spain, Turkey, BVI, Italy, Seychelles, Charter World yacht charter- - luxury motor boat vacations and crewed sailing yachts both were excellent to deal with and gave, hands down, the best prices over any other company. Good luck!

really depends what your looking for, croatia is all about the mainstream now, if you want shore power and marinas every day then croatia is the way to go. if you want smaller towns with amazing sails and food i would try the saronic in greece!

I went with Latesail although both were happy to match the others price, Latesail had a younger boat. So not much difference really.

Re: RECOMMENDATION ChArter Greece orCroatia

We loved the Cyclades, and especially the Little Cyclades in Greece. I used a bidding service who sent out my bid to lots of charter companies, then I negotiated like mad with the little guys. Worked out well for me, but you have to use your gut and due diligence to know if the people are trustworthy. I suggest using an alternate email address so you don't have to deal with them endlessly emailing you after you've made your choice. Here are two options for bidding services:
Smart Yacht Charter Greece Sailing Holidays in Greece Bareboat Yacht Charter
Yacht Charter Greece: Sailing Boat Holidays, Bareboat - 48 Options Sailing Greece

Everything is negotiable. Very negotiable.
