Rate Customer Service Post Sale?

Will be in market in the next couple of years for Catamaran. Probably used, but could be new.

I'm wondering what the general consensus is on post sale customer service from the manufacturers? How would folks rank the top 5 or so? What do each offer that may differentiate them from their competitor?

We have owned 2 Seawind 1000's, both boats over 20 years old. We were the 4th owner of our first Seawind and the 2nd owner of the last one. The people at Seawind treated us like we had recently purchased a new boat from them readily giving out information and sending parts if needed. Sales service like that needs to be recognized and passed on. Kudos to Seawind
