Prowler Cats

Newbie's first post.
Late model Prowler Cats built by defunct Charter Cats of South Africa when they were going bankrupt have been reported to have been of substandard quality. What about earlier boats in the 2002 to 2007 range? I can find no information about the build quality nor construction. Of particular interest is the build or the deck. Are they balsa cored or some better material? Any information on the quality and type of construction will be helpful.
