Prout Water Heater

Does anybody have one of those funky little (5 gallon) English water heaters with external heating elements that slide into tubes? I unhooked the power and removed the elements about a year ago and I can't for the life of me remember how they hook back up. The elements are made by Sunvic, they are 110 volt, and there are two of them wired together. Thanks, Erik
