Partnership, or long-term shared Maine cat 41, east coast

Rescued from Harvey, new mast, new outboards, GPS, autopilot
One of the best cruising catamarans ever built, they sell used in the $350k range, this one is turn key under $200k, 1/3,1/2, or $6000 a month, discounts for long term.

I thought they said cats couldn't end up upside down?

For those thinking about cruising, and or the Bahamas, I can't use this catamaran until next year, she will be the best opportunity to experience a liveaboard offshore cruising catamaran at a bargain price. I am open to any offers to facilitate your dream.

Is this a salvage?

Be nice, he said rescued, never said it had turtled!

I have a cat and I'll head to the Bahamas in a month or two but if I didn't, wow, a cat for $6K a month!!! Cheaper than a charter!

Re: Partnership, or long-term shared Maine cat 41, east coast

She flipped at a dock, the good news is under the bridgedeck there isn't a single crack, and the Bimini acted like a shock absorber, minimizing the damage. She is for sale as-is for $114k, but since she has new engines, roller furler, mast, etc (spent $70k, I would prefer to finish the redo and share her rather than sell . I just moved her 2000 miles, so she can be moved at anytime with a launch, which is paid for. She easily can be finished for under $75k, or sailaway for under $25k if you did the work
Partnerships are available at 1/3 @ 75k, or 1/2 @ $100k, I will accept payments and will include a buyout at 10%.
The reason for the easy terms is I have another boat that I am going cruising with and at $114k it is stupid to sell a Maine cat 41, but too much on my plate.
The Maine cat can be completed in two or three months, and a refundable deposit will hold a partnership.
I WILL NOT COMPLETE THE PROJECT TO SELL HER, I BELIEVE THIS SAILWAY MAINE CAT 41 WILL BE UNDER $200K AND USED ONES SELL FOR $350K.
She doesn't have a salvage title, and currently has full coverage insurance

She is hauled out at Jarred Bay, Beaufort Marine.
These are older pictures, while she was being cleaned up
