DARLING that is YOUR MINDSET talking to YOU.

And you also have absolutely NO IDEA of OUR Toms and MY respective experience and expertise.

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY (getting on a bit now) Tom asked me to explain what a flat top maxi roach manisail was rather than go find out himself.......I see 'others' here have spoon fed him. Also Tom seems to think that looking at posts from someone who has made performance changes to his Lagoon 380....(THE BOAT I WAS DISCUSSING and suggesting the changes I would need to make ...to make it perform for me.....) was a step too far in the use of his time and personal education preferring to have his hand held and be spoon fed this info....

I am sorry if that is something that makes you uspet OR EVEN ANGRY (since you seem to be an expurt on anger {in Others} ) BUT TRULY I am done with this thread as I have nothing further of import to add here and this total nonsense from you adds absolutely nothing to the thread so I wonder why you bothered making a post here that was total a diversion from the OP's topic. :

For the record I had never heard it described like that in all my time in 40 years of sailing. And 20 years of Multihull industry and journalism experience. I know what you think you mean, but a sail is either large roached OR flat top, a flat top has, obviously, roach.

And as I pointed out in an earlier post, Google couldn't find a single use of the term either.

Couple of posts seem to have gone, one was pushing the boundaries of the rules we have here, and the other was a response to that post.

Please gents, be tolerant of each other.

No, that quote is from George Bernard Shaw. That's why it says " - George Bernard Shaw" after the quote.

Yeah, maybe it's too hard...

Siamese is the best IMHO. Intelligent and very intuitive. And beautiful looking as well as affectionate.

Siamese do have a voice, but too often shrill and annoying.

But then, each cat to his or her own human. Mine have apparently liked me and took good care of my need to gently stroke and scratch them, often purring for my comfort. The most memorable have been two gray tabbies probably born in a closet or on a porch, and one long orange Persian of a splendiferous heritage. The Persian used almost no voice, but spoke most clearly. Only one even sailed on a cat, but commanded well during that period.

As a candidate to be one of the possible culprits, my apologies to all.

Consider a used voyage 440. Boats are well built and sail well. The used charter fleet has been maintained better than the other larger companies (imho)
