New under 40ft
Im looking for my first cat and there are so many options out there. Looking for some recommendations. I would prefer new and under $300. speed is not necessarily a huge concern. just want a good boat that I can sail anywhere and have lots of friends on.

Ya I have noticed the Gemini, the Mahe 36 around 230 base price. I just figured there would be a few more I hadn't found.

New under 40ft
Lagoon 380 or lagoon 400 or 39 are all under 40' and both under $300K. I'd recommend either.
