New to me Tri

Hello folks,
Well the deal has finally gone thru on my tri. Now I will be looking for crew to help me take it to Hawaii from Cabo sometime in mid May. Pictures to follow as soon as I replace the camera that got wet on the leaner I was crewing on.

new to me tri

I bought a ketch rigged Cross 38. New sails, new masts, new rigging, new stove, new wiring, new diesel, new self tailing winches, new windless, new head, and other new stuff. Cosmetics have suffered the last year. Needs paint and anti skid on the deck. Any suggestions on anti skid welcomed. IT is was professionally built in Japan 1969.

Congratulations on your boat. One of my favorite Cross designs. Looking forward to some pictures.

Still got to find a replacement camera for the one that got wet. I think Olympus makes a water proof one. Good to 33 feet.
I got started on a couple of mods first thing is to move the anchor windlass to the stb. aka. Next is a Simrad below decks auto pilot. The boat has a couple of authohlem 3000's but I don't think they are up to the rigors of open ocean sailing.
