Yeah, I searched but never found a comprehensive list. And a lot of these books are pretty dated so I didn't know if there was anything more recent. The Galley Cookbook was something I'd never thought of. So it was definately informative for me.

Wouldn't it be just great to see more helpful answers as opposed to criticism..
