Contact Bluewater Sailing School of Ft Lauderdale....they have a new Prout 45 cat in Marsh Harbour (not exactly the caribbean but very nice area to learn and cruise)...they run week-long classes and you get an ASA Catamaran Certification

Bluewater can also arrange courses in the BVI. Check with David Pyle.
